SmartPrize 2018 Timeline
Setup: Exhibitors must set up their displays in the SmartPrize District between 10am Monday, April 9 and 6pm Thursday, April 12, 2018. All exhibitors will shoot a “pitch” video, compliments of SmartPrize. The sooner your display is set up and the video completed, the more advance promotion your idea will receive.

Display Period: The event kicks off Friday, April 13 with Exhibits on display for Crowd Favorite voters from 10am – 6pm and Saturday, April 14 from noon to 4pm.
Get Smart at SmartPrize Conference: Exhibitors and the general public have the opportunity to attend this one-day conference 9am – 3pm Friday, April 13 to network with investors and learn from successful business leaders and entrepreneurs. The conference is included with the Exhibitor Registration Fee.
SmartWalk: Saturday, April 14 is SmartWalk, noon to 4pm. Exhibitors have the opportunity to be present at their display to answer questions and encourage spectators to cast a vote in their favor for Crowd Favorite.
Display Removal: Displays will be removed from Venues between 4 and 6pm on Saturday, April 14.
Networking Reception and 5x5 Pitch Competition:
At 5pm Saturday, April 14, SmartPrize will contact the top 5 Crowd Favorite Exhibitors who will get to pitch their idea with 5 slides in 5 minutes for a chance to win $500. The audience is fellow Exhibitors and Venues at the networking reception. The judge is the sponsor of the Pitch Competition. Judge’s decision is final.
